1、噠噠的聲音：聲音頻率隨軸承轉(zhuǎn)速而變化，零件表面波紋度是引起噪音的主要原因。解決方法：改善軸承滾道表面加工質(zhì)量，降低波紋度幅值、減少碰傷、修正游隙預(yù)緊力和配合，檢查自由端軸承的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，改善軸與軸承座的精度安裝方法。

4.
