雙工序開料機(jī)開出的板材崩邊解決方法

在使用雙工序開料機(jī)加工板材的時有時候會遇到一種問題——加工出來的板材崩邊。那么這個問題到底是什么原因造成的呢？有什么好的辦法可以避免出現(xiàn)這種情況？

1、板材材質(zhì)原因

在開料中常用的板材有密度板和刨花板。這兩種板材硬度高、成本低和易加工等原因被廣泛應(yīng)用板式家具生產(chǎn)當(dāng)中。但是這兩種板材有同一個缺點(diǎn)，那就是這兩種板材都是壓制而成，如果粘結(jié)力度不強(qiáng)的話，開料的時候就容易崩邊，所以這就需要我們在選購板材時多注意。

2、刀具的鋒利度原因

數(shù)控開料機(jī)開料是用刀具開料的，刀具的鋒利度直接就影響到開料表面的粗糙程度。如果刀具的鋒利程度不強(qiáng)，那么開出來的板材就會出現(xiàn)崩邊，所以需要在使用數(shù)控開料機(jī)時注意刀具的磨損程度，及時更換刀具。

4、刀具裝夾不牢固

刀具裝夾不牢固，在加工產(chǎn)品的過程中會造成板材的崩邊和刀具的損壞。

5、有的廠家生產(chǎn)的開料機(jī)他的真空吸附臺面吸附能力不是很強(qiáng)，在加工產(chǎn)品的時候工件吸附不牢靠，造成板材的移位，這也是造成板材崩邊的原因。
