1、驅(qū)動(dòng)器的問(wèn)題：驅(qū)動(dòng)器本身里面的結(jié)構(gòu)或者電子原器件有問(wèn)題也會(huì)造成錯(cuò)位現(xiàn)象，這個(gè)原因多;溫度過(guò)高啊，受磁場(chǎng)干擾啊，潮濕短路啊等，若出現(xiàn)的次數(shù)不多，而且把速度降低一點(diǎn)，有時(shí)能正常雕刻，這說(shuō)明驅(qū)動(dòng)器還沒(méi)有徹 底壞掉;如果一開(kāi)始雕刻就錯(cuò)位就說(shuō)明驅(qū)動(dòng)器徹 底壞了。解決辦法：修理驅(qū)動(dòng)器或者更換驅(qū)動(dòng)器。

1. 2、電壓的問(wèn)題：雕刻機(jī)在工作時(shí)需要的功率大，如果電壓過(guò)低，給驅(qū)動(dòng)器供電不足，功率達(dá)不到則會(huì)造成錯(cuò)位現(xiàn)象，這種情況一般以Y軸錯(cuò)位為多，出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象有可能是外界電壓不夠，或者在同一線路上有人使用了大功率的設(shè)備如電焊等。解決辦法：安裝一個(gè)5000瓦的穩(wěn)壓電源，但這個(gè)穩(wěn)壓電源的誤差范圍不能超過(guò)5%，在3%以內(nèi)。或者簡(jiǎn)單的：給這臺(tái)雕刻機(jī)單獨(dú)弄個(gè)電源，這個(gè)電源上不要再使用其他設(shè)備。

2. Voltage problem: engraving machine needs high power when it works. This phenomenon may be due to insufficient external voltage, or someone using high-power equipment on the same line, such as welding. 3、接口板，主板，轉(zhuǎn)接板的問(wèn)題：要是接口板，主板，轉(zhuǎn)接板壞了，雕刻機(jī)在工作的過(guò)程中，某一個(gè)方向或者是三個(gè)軸均不動(dòng)，造成雕刻錯(cuò)位。這種錯(cuò)位對(duì)機(jī)器的損害比較嚴(yán)重，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)時(shí)因立即停機(jī)，修好之后再上電運(yùn)行

3. 4、主軸電機(jī)的問(wèn)題：要是步進(jìn)電機(jī)或者是伺服電機(jī)的問(wèn)題，整個(gè)機(jī)器在某一方向上都不移動(dòng)，這種情況出現(xiàn)后表面上跟上面錯(cuò)位的情況差不多，只是原因不同，一個(gè)是控制電路出問(wèn)題了，沒(méi)給電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的信號(hào)，電機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn)，一個(gè)是電機(jī)本身出問(wèn)題了，即使給它信號(hào)，它也不轉(zhuǎn)，遇到這種情況，都應(yīng)當(dāng)立即停機(jī)，查出原因，修好之后再通電

4. 5、機(jī)床本身的問(wèn)題：機(jī)床上的某個(gè)部件有問(wèn)題或者是松動(dòng)，表面有雜質(zhì)等也會(huì)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)位現(xiàn)象;如聯(lián)軸器松了，壞了，都會(huì)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)位;導(dǎo)軌，絲桿上長(zhǎng)時(shí)間沒(méi)有清洗加油也會(huì)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)位現(xiàn)象;機(jī)床線要是斷了也會(huì)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)位現(xiàn)象。

5. 6、各部分連接控制線接觸不好(功控線傳輸線)。解決辦法：將所有連線拆掉再裝。
